Aedes strives for complete satisfaction with every beauty purchase, which is why we offer returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, sampled, or had their original seals broken.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unused items in their original luxury packaging, ensuring that all protective seals and documentation are included.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of authorization.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
